This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are the proprietary 
and confidential information of Tradik Limited ("Company"). The Software is protected 
by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual 
property laws and treaties.

GRANT OF LICENSE:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, 
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your internal 
business purposes.

RESTRICTIONS:
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

OWNERSHIP:
Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all 
intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to 
Company's trademarks or service marks.

DISCLAIMER:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE 
THE SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION:
This license is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this license at 
any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 
the jurisdiction where Company is incorporated.
